Viral Penetration Resistance Tester

The Viral Penetration Resistance (VPR) Tester enables standardized testing of protective clothing materials for resistance to penetration by bacteriophages. The test follows Standard Test Methods (STM) developed by ASTM and ISO to evaluate the effectiveness of protective materials in preventing contact with body fluids that may contain blood-borne pathogens. Designed in compliance with ASTM F903 and ISO 13994 standards, the VPR Tester accurately assesses the barrier performance of protective clothing. This test method is commonly used for finished products such as gloves, gowns, aprons, arm shields, coveralls, hoods, and boots, as well as for individual material samples used in protective apparel.
